1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Description of Services

Agentic Diagrams is a visual editor for designing and sharing interactive diagrams of AI agent architectures. AI models used in the Services are provided by third parties. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create through the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Services. We do not use your content for AI model training.

4. Fair Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully. You must not compromise safety, incite harm, violate privacy, abuse the platform, or attempt to bypass security measures. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Creations is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be removed. We will attempt to contact you before closure.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues informally.
